Why does kbs hate yg

Music Bank however said that it was because YG wanted longer music stages and wanted their artists to perform 2 songs, which Music Bank didn't allow, since that would mean other idol groups would have to cut down their stages, thus unfair. They do however tried to mend their relationship and let groups lke 2NE1 appear on Music Bank.

But if you realise, it's only for first week promotions, then they stop. It's very complicated really. Okay, this probably the best answer yet, and here I'm thinking "what if SM is under this" because you know the whole dispatch thing with yg and stuff.

The old music bank PD and YG are not in good terms. They tried to mend things last year, but when GD went to Music Bank he was forced to lipsynch and GD was pissed because of that. Its better they dont perform in all music shows anyway.

It get repetitive. YG should let them on variety shows and radios instead, which he doesnt. We have placed cookies on your device to help make this website better. You can adjust your cookie settings , otherwise we'll assume you're okay to continue.

Posted August 22, I just noticed that YG artist dont really perform in Music Bank, yes you can call me late or whatever this probably might be old news that i dont know about But can someone tell me the specific reason why?

Like what happen, did something bad happen? I was trying to google it but they didnt really give me a good answer, or i just didnt get it. Is music bank connect with something that yg hates like what happen?
. Krystal's Light 82 Posted August 22, I think one smart way YG could maintain a balance is to compensate the lack of music show performances with more variety show and TV appearances.

It's also a great way to increase exposure for their new artists instead of just betting on reputation to get publicity. Let me know what you guys think - do you think YG artists should perform on more music shows and why?

Do you think YG's being complacent and over-confident in their ranking as one of the Big 3? I'd love to hear from you guys!

Thanks for reading and till next time, see ya! Tbh I'd really love to see yg artists on more shows and have more appearances, but I do like that the don't overwork their artists too much. Since yg are a big company the trainees probably worked REALLY hard to get where they are now, so it's nice that they get breaks.

I was worried about not seeing bp on many shows at first but then I saw pics of Lisa in Thailand and it really made me happy cuz most artists don't get a chance to visit their family right after they debut. Honestly, they should let their artists go on other music shows besides M!

Countdown, Music Bank, and Inkigayo. To me, the camerawork and the quality of the stage don't matter that much. YG artists will get more wins and have more time with fans. Like with iKON, im a huge iKONIC and it was beyond sad that the only thing i had to watch of iKON when they debuted was their album countdown in the V app and a few stages when rookie groups like Monsta X were everywhere trying to get exposure on so many shows.

At this point, i genuinely believe that YG thinks his artist are more high up than the rest, even their albums are more expensive than the average. This website saves cookies to your browser in order to improve your online experience and show you personalized content.

So will it really benefit YG artists to appear on more than just one music show? More "high-quality" stages According to YG , they prefer SBS and Mnet cos they had good stages and it allowed their artists to "shine".

Less restrictions on music With Korea's infamously strict censorship laws, songs get banned here and there for even the smallest details. Artists aren't overworked Since their artists are only working at most once or twice a week, they have a lighter schedule compared to other artists who have to perform on multiple stages in a week.

More exposure for rookies Another downside to performing once a week is less exposure for their artists, especially the rookies. Easier and faster way to get more wins Since they only perform on one main music show per week, they can mostly stand to get ranked on the charts and have a chance of winning once a week. More opportunities to meet fans Music shows are one of the rare opportunities for fans read: Korean fans internationalfanstruggles to meet their idols up close. EDIT: Thanks for the feature!

Likes Comments Like For example I could not even find somi stages on anywhere but inkigayo. Courtney Vose. Yes,Yg entertainment should let there artists promote more on music shows especially music bank.

Alex Xing. Honestly, i just wish YG would put their artist more out there in general Like with iKON, im a huge iKONIC and it was beyond sad that the only thing i had to watch of iKON when they debuted was their album countdown in the V app and a few stages when rookie groups like Monsta X were everywhere trying to get exposure on so many shows At this point, i genuinely believe that YG thinks his artist are more high up than the rest, even their albums are more expensive than the average.
